We hope this homepage will be useful for foreign people who plan to expand business into Japan.
 
We are convinced that we can provide practical support services based on my expertise as a qualified administrative procedures and my long-term company management experience.
 
For foreign nationals, we will work on obtaining visa (work or study), establishing a company, and carrying out other administrative procedures for public institutions. We also provide one-stop services such as office property selection, recruitment assistance for local staff including secretary, and daily life support for new visitors to Japan. We would like to add that we can provide such services bilingually.

*When Okada was assigned to the London office for the first time, he developed business with many central banks in Scandinavia, Africa and European Continent including Eastern Europe under the old system. He visited the central banks many times in such areas to have a solid business relationship with them.
 
*Okada opened a new brokerage firm from scratch in Milan and set up a company in Hong Kong to develop a special financial business in Asia. At both offices, Okada could recruit high-quality local staff who contributed to the expansion of the respective business.

 

Joined Tokyo Office of US Leading Insurance Company

Setting up a brokerage house in Tokyo and holding a president position for eight years.
*Okada established a securities house owned by its parent company in NY. He put most of his efforts into securing human resources. As the parent company was an insurance company, Okada struggled to recruit persons with a background in the securities brokerage business. But, eventually, with newly recruited staff, Okada developed institutional business successfully with banks, insurance companies and pension funds in Japan. Tokyo office became profitable in six months which was the fastest record in the group.
 

Joined Asset Management Company in Tokyo

*As president and chairman of the company, Okada focused on launching the better performing funds in Japan tying up with overseas asset management company specializing in specific field, which company was in Okada’s network.
 

A Certified Specialist in Real-Estate Transactions

Okada is a Certified Specialist in Real-Estate Transactions. Okada obtained this qualification in 2015, which was necessary to conduct liquidation business of solar power assets.

 

Okada gave a speech at an International Conference in Nairobi.
